Approach to therapy
Gabrielle helps her clients better understand what has been going on for them, and together you'll make a plan for how best to address these concerns. Her therapeutic approach integrates years of professional experience and training with warmth, authenticity, and her own humanness — sessions often involve a mix of understanding long-term patterns whilst developing coping skills that empower you to relate differently to yourself and others.
Gabrielle also offers neurodiversity-affirming assessments for adults (18+), and as a Board Approved Supervisor she provides individual supervision to other psychologists.
