Relationships and couples
Communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, relationship transitions and rebuilding a stronger sense of partnership.
Jessica is a registered psychologist who works with adults, couples, adolescents and children. She has a particular interest in couples therapy, helping partners understand recurring patterns, strengthen communication and work through conflict, disconnection and major life transitions.
Couples often seek therapy when the same arguments keep returning, communication has broken down, or closeness has been replaced by distance and frustration. Jessica offers a balanced, non-judgemental space where each partner can feel heard and the couple can begin to understand what is happening beneath the conflict.
Her approach is collaborative and practical. Therapy can help partners identify recurring relationship patterns, communicate needs more clearly, respond differently during conflict and reconnect with the values they want their relationship to reflect. Jessica also supports couples navigating grief, parenting pressures, changing roles and other significant life transitions.
