What we help with

Evidence-based treatment, tailored to you.

Melbourne's outer east brings us the full range of what life throws at people — work and career stress, family pressures, relationship difficulties, and everything from persistent anxiety and low mood to OCD and long-standing sleep problems. Whatever brings you in, therapy starts with understanding your situation, not fitting you to a formula.

Our psychologists provide anxiety treatment, therapy for depression, OCD treatment with ERP, CBT for insomnia, trauma and PTSD therapy, addiction support, and postnatal depression and anxiety care — using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and EMDR, matched to what you're dealing with.

If you're not sure what you need, that's completely normal — you don't need a label to start. Our psychologists will help you clarify what's going on in your first session, and our what to expect guide walks you through how therapy works.

Fees & funding

More affordable than you might expect.

Our fees sit below the APS recommended rate, and multiple funding pathways can reduce your cost significantly: Medicare rebates with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, NDIS funding for self- and plan-managed participants, TAC for transport accident-related care, and WorkCover for accepted workplace claims. Call us and we'll walk you through exactly what you'd pay.
