Support to understand difficult thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies and reconnect with what matters.
Therapy for changes in identity, study, work, relationships or other circumstances that can leave life feeling unsettled.
A thoughtful space to explore relationship challenges, workplace concerns, boundaries, communication and recurring patterns.
Individualised support for neurodivergent clients, including self-esteem, emotional regulation and everyday functioning.
Tayla takes a collaborative, person-centred approach and aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood and supported. She recognises that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and works alongside each client to understand their experiences, identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
Drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Tayla adapts her approach to each client's needs and preferences. She places great importance on building a genuine therapeutic relationship and helping clients navigate challenges while moving towards the life and relationships that matter to them.
