Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you will be eligible for Medicare rebates.

Do you accept NDIS funding?

Yes — we welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, with sessions fully covered by NDIS funding. As we are not an NDIS-registered provider, we are unable to see agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants.

Do you accept private health insurance?

If you have private health insurance with psychology cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on our services. We provide detailed invoices that you can submit directly to your health fund.

How do I get matched with a psychologist?

You can request a specific psychologist or speak with our admin team who can help match you based on your needs.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments via secure video conferencing in addition to face-to-face sessions.

What if I'm not sure what I need help with?

That's very common. You don't need a perfect label or diagnosis to start. In the first session, your psychologist will help you clarify what's been happening, what you want to change, and what a helpful plan could look like.
