Gabrielle has a wide range of experience working with adults and older adolescents. After completing her Doctorate in Clinical and Forensic Psychology at Swinburne University, she has worked in the Drug and Alcohol sector and in forensic settings, undertaking both assessments and treatment.
Gabrielle helps her clients better understand what has been going on for them, and together, you will make a plan for how best to address these concerns. She believes in the importance of working with clients where they are at, so that they find the sessions meaningful and useful. Her therapeutic approach integrates years’ of professional experience and training with warmth, authenticity, and her own humanness. Sessions will often involve a mix of understanding long-term patterns whilst developing coping skills that empower you to relate differently to yourself and others.
Gabrielle is trained in using Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also offers neurodiversity-affirming assessments for adults (18+ years old) who wish to explore whether they are neurodivergent.
Gabrielle is a Board Approved Supervisor and is also available to provide individual supervision to other psychologists.

Dillon is a compassionate psychologist with seven years of experience in diverse clinical settings. He holds a Master of Psychotherapy and a Master of Professional Psychology, equipping him with a solid foundation in both therapeutic practice and psychological theory. Dillon has provided support and care in various environments, including prisons, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centres, behavioural change programs, crisis centres, employment services, the disability sector, and private practice.
Dillon’s therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. He tailors his methods to each client, recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique. Dillon specializes in treating anxiety-based disorders, personality disorders, and neurodivergence, with a particular focus on ADHD and OCD.
Beyond his specialties, Dillon is dedicated to working with a diverse range of clients, welcoming all concerns with an open mind and a non-judgmental approach. He believes in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their challenges, and develop strategies for positive change.
